- paneer 1/2 cup -
- mushroom 1/2 cup -
- Capsicum : 1/4 cup -
- cheese 1/4 cup -
- aloo 1/2 cup -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Chat Masala 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- lemon 1 tsp -
- Oil to deep fry -
- maida 1 tbsp -
- Corn flour 2 tbsp -
- Egg : 1 no -
- bread crumbs 1/2 cup -
- toothpick 7 no. -

Instructions
- Grate the paneer and cheese
- in bowl add boil and mashed aloo, grated paneer, cheese, chopped capsicum, mushroom, red chili powder, garam masala, chat masala, salt, lemon
- and mix well
- take a small ball spread in the maida and corn flour
- dip in egg and bread crumbs
- heat the oil and deep fry it
- place the toothpick each, now mushroom paneer lollipop is ready to serve, serve with ketchup
