Instructions
- Heat oil in a vessel and sautT shallots in it.
- Add tomato, turmeric powder and chilly powder. SautT again.
- Mix in the green chilly, salt and curry leaves.
- Pour the grinded coconut and stir well.
- Pour water as required. Boil.
- Mix in the hard boiled eggs and simmer in low flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve it with pathiri to taste best.
