2 nos Egg2 cups Plain flour (maida)Grated coconut (as reqd)Sugar (as reqd)Salt (a pinch) Make maida (plain flour) into a fine paste by mixing water, get a watery consistency.Beat the eggs and add it to maida.Add salt to taste.Pour this mix on a nonstick pan on a medium flame.Cook on both sides.Mix the grated coconut with sugar or jaggery.
