Instructions
  1. Mix all the powders adding water.

  2. Heat oil in an earthen pot.

  3. Splutter mustard and fenugreek seeds.

  4. Add sliced small onions and saute.

  5. When the onion becomes soft, add ginger, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves and sauté till the raw smell goes.

  6. Add tomatoes and sauté till it is soft.

  7. Add the masala paste and stir for sometime.

  8. Add water and allow it to boil.

  9. Add the sardines and salt to taste.
  10. Cover and cook on a medium flame.
  11. After 10-15 mins, open the lid.
  12. :- Serve with tapioca or rice.
