Ingredients
- Lemon(Naaranga)(cut into pieces, not lime) - 4 cups
- Salt - 2 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
- Fenugreek powder(Uluva) - 2 tsp
- Asafoetida powder(Kayam) - 1 tsp
- Green chillies(cut into small pieces) - 1/2 cup
- Water - 1 3/4 cups
- Oil - 3 tbsp

Instructions
- Mix lemon pieces and chilly pieces together.
- Mix all the spices together.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the spices and fry. Make sure it does not get burnt.
- Add water and bring it to a boil.
- Once it starts to boil well, keep boiling for about 30 seconds and switch off the flame.
- Add lemon and chilli pieces and mix well.
- Cover and allow it to cool.
