Ingredients
- nattu kozhi 1/2 kg -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Ginger & garlic paste: 3 tbsp -
- Turmeric powder : 2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 4 tbsp -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- Fennel seed 1 tsp -
- curry leaves 1 sprinkle -
- chicken masala 1 tbsp -
- coconut paste 1/2 cup -
- Coriander leaves : to garnish -
- To paste -
- Small onion 1 cup -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- cumin seed 1 tsp -
- curry masala 2 tbsp -

Instructions
- grind it and make a fine paste
- heat the oil in the kadai and temper the mustard, fennel seed, curry leaves and saute the slice onion for 2 mins
- add salt and turmeric powder and mix well
- add the masala and mix it
- add chicken, mix well and allow to cook for 3 mins in medium flame until the water get dissolved from chicken
- add coconut paste and mix it
- now nattu kozhi varuval is ready to serve garnish with coriander leaves
