Nippattu
Nippattu is a delicious snack that can be enjoyed with coffee or tea. Nippattu is a very spicy, crunchy and tasty snack. There are many variations of Nippatu recipes . This is a deep fried Indian snack that is perfect for a short time preparations.
Ingredients
- rice flour 4 sp
- gram flour 4 sp
- maida 8 sp
- roasted chana dal 4 sp
- ground nut 4 sp
- coconut grated 4 sp
- cumin 2 sp
- hing little.
Instructions
- grind groundnuts, roasted channa dal, coconut and cumin seeds.
- combine rice flour,gram flour,maida
- to this add the ground groundnut mixer.
- now add salt,chili flakes,sesame seeds and curry leafs.
- sprinkle water and make a dough
- take small balls and flatten it in a greased sheet
- deep fry in oil and serve.
