Omelette Aapam

This omelette aapam is an instant aapam that no fermentation is required to the batter. Take a bowl of chopped onions, green chillies and finely chopped tomatoes. whisk 3 large eggs to it as usual. now the twist is to add sugar and coconut milk so that it tastes like that of an aapam. carrots and capsicums may be added to it. pour it in aapam skillet and serve, thats how our instant omelette aapam gets ready.
