Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 200 g Chopped Mushroom
  • 1 no Green chili
  • 2 nos Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Tomato small
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 nos Bun
  • 1 tsp Red powdered chilly
  • Butter for spreading
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • For preparing the sandwich, heat oil in a frying pan, add chopped onions to it.
  • When the onion turns brown, add chopped tomatoes along with green chilli, chilli powder and salt. Add chopped mushrooms as well and mix the contents. Let it saute for a few minutes.
  • Meanwhile fry paneer pieces.
  • Add the fried pieces into the previously prepared mixture and pour the sauce.
  • Cut open the buns. Butter the sides and stuff the buns with the paneer-mushroom masala.
  • The paneer-mushroom sandwich is ready to eat.

Notes

Chapati can also be used to stuff this mixture.
