Ingredients
- Red gram(soaked for 2 hrs, Thuvaraparippu) - 1/2 cup
- Sabudana(Sago/Chowari) - 1/2 cup
- Kadalamavu(Chana Daal) - 1/5 cup
- Green chillies(can reduce or increase depending on your spicy intake) - 4 -
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Water(just enough to make the dough) -
- Oil for frying -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Soak the parippu for atleast 2 hrs.
- Grind the soaked parippu with water.
- Add chillies and onions.
- Add sabudana, chana daal and salt.
- Mix all these ingredients well.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry it till it tourns brown, and then take it out of the oil and put into a plate.
- Your vada is now ready to have with tomato chutney.
