- Raw mango - 1
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Water - 2 cup

- Cook the bitter gourd in 2 cup of water with tomato,green chilly,raw mango,chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt as required
- Mix the cooked bitter gourd in it and saute it again for 5-10 minutes
