Instructions
- remove the seed and cut the bitter gourd into 4 pieces
- in a bowl add chopped bitter gourd and salt and mix well
- now add curd and mix well
- allow to marinate for 1 day
- next day again mix it and transfer to the plate and keep it in sunlight until the bitter gourd get dry. ( 1 or 2 days )
- remove from sunlight. now pavakkai vathal is ready
