Instructions
  1. remove the seed and cut the bitter gourd into 4 pieces

  2. in a bowl add chopped bitter gourd and salt and mix well

  3. now add curd and mix well

  4. allow to marinate for 1 day

  5. next day again mix it and transfer to the plate and keep it in sunlight until the bitter gourd get dry. ( 1 or 2 days )

  6. remove from sunlight. now pavakkai vathal is ready
