- Green peas/pachapattani(soak for 6 hours) - 1 cup
- Egg - 3
- Onion - 1 medium
- Green chilly - 3 finely
- Curry leaves - 2 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 3/4 tsp
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp

- Pressure cook the green peas with salt in enough water for 1 whistle.drain the remaining water after its cooked.
- Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
- Heat oil in a vessel and saute chopped ginger,onion,green chilly and curry leaves until soft.
- Add salt,turmeric powder and egg one by one and scramble.
- Then add cooked peas and mix well.cook for some more time.Finally sprinkle pepper powder.
- Tasty and spicy Peas Egg Fry is ready now.
