Instructions
  1. chop the small onion and ridge gourd

  2. In a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard curry leaves and saute the onion and green chili for 5 mins

  3. add ginger garlic paste and mix well

  4. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and turmeric powder and mix well

  5. add chopped ridge gourd and mix it and allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
