- Mutton - 1/2 kg
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Crushed ginger & garlic - 2 tsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- For the masala: -
- Onion - 2 thinly
- Tomato - 1 chopped
- Green chili - 2 chopped
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves(few) -
- Oil - 2 tbsp

- Now the mutton is well cooked.
- Add tomato,green chilly and saute till soft.
- Add all powders and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked mutton,chopped coriander leaves and combine well.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes in low flame and remove from the flame
- Pepper mutton masala is ready.
