Ingredients
- Black pepper corns - 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 2 tsp
- Lentils - 1 tbsp
- Dried red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 2 nos
- Asafoetida(Kaayam) - 1 piece
- Tamarind paste(Puli) - 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 5 nos
- Oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Roast the pepper, lentil and chillies together in a pan till they become golden brown.
- Add cumin seeds and grind them together to a powder.
- Mix in the powder from above and boil the pepper rasam for about 5 minutes.
- :- Pepper Rasam (Kurumullake Rasam) is ready.
- :- Serve Pepper Rasam (Kurumullake Rasam) hot with rice or drink like a soup.
- :- Drinking Pepper Rasam is very good if you have fever.
