Ingredients
- Pork - 1 kg
- Onion - 4 nos
- garlic - 1 whole
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Green chillies - 5 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tbsp) -
- Meat masala - 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Curry leaves -
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Oil - 4 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in cooker.
- Add onion and fry till its tender.
- Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves.
- Fry for 2 minutes and then reduce the flame.
- Add meat masala, turmeric powder, salt and coriander powder.
- Stir once and add thoroughly washed pork.
- Mix well and add two cups of water.
- Bring it to boil and then pressure cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add onion and fry it till its brown in colour.
- Add meat masala.
- Add cooked pork. Mix well and check for salt.
- Add salt if required.
- Cook till the gravy becomes thick.
- Add pepper powder before removing it from gas.
- :- Serve hot with rice or chappathis.
