- boiled and mashed potato 1 cup -
- bread crumbs 1/2 cup -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Coriander leaves :1 tsp -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- dry mango powder 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- corn flour 3 tbsp -
- chili flake 1 tsp -
- italian seasoning 1 tsp -

- In a bowl add mashed potato, finely chopped onion. coriander leaves, half of bread crumbs, red chili powder, garam masala, dry mango powder,salt and mix it
- in a plate add bread crumbs, red chili flake and italian seasoning and mix it
- In a bowl add corn flour and water and make as a batter
- take small ball from potato mixture
- dip in corn flour batter
- roll in bread crumbs
- deep fry the potato balls
- now potato lolipop is ready, insert the toothpick stick.
