  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped potato. Saute it for 10 minutes.
  • Add chopped onion, salt and saute again for few minutes.
  • Add chopped tomato and green chilly and saute until soft. Then add turmeric powder and mix well.
  • Break 2 eggs and add into the masala. Cook again for few minutes, sprinkle some pepper powder and serve hot.
