Ingredients
- Pumpkin(sliced into small pieces) - 1 cup
- Coconut(grated) - 2 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Shallots(cut in to small pieces for seasoning) - 3-4 nos
- Red chillies(Crushed) - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Salt(as reqd) -

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients except shallots and crushed chilly powder.
- Pour 1/2 cup of water and cook till done. :- Do not over cook the pumpkin.
- Pour coconut oil in a kadai and add shallot pieces.
- Add crushed chilly when shallots turn golden brown.
- Add cooked pumpkin to this preparation along with a stem of fresh curry leaves.
- :- Serve hot!!!
