It has very less calories, high water content.The Radish Chutney makes a great accompaniment for all Indian starters, but can be used as a dressing for Salads also. radish chutney or mullangi pachadi can be used as a side dish to accompany rice, chapathi or any indian breakfasts like idli and dosa.

- raddish 3 -
- garlic 3 flakes -
- green chili 3 -
- tamarind little -
- cumin seeds 1/2 sp -
- turmeric 1/4 sp -
- Salt to taste -
- seasonings -
- mustard 1/2 sp -
- cumin 1/4 sp -
- chana dal, urad dal 1/2 sp -
- curry leafs few -

Instructions
- in a pan saute raddish with gerlic, cumin seeds, tamarind, green chilli, turmeric,salt.
- stir till raddish gets cooked ans turn soft.
- allow the raddish to get cooled and run it in a mixer.
- seanson it with mustard, cumion, chana dal, urad dal,redchili and add to the chutney.
