Simple Salmon curry

Ingredients
- Salmon - 1 pkt
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Chilli powder - 1 1/4 tbsp
- Salt - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Tomatoes - 2 nos
- Tamarind concentrate - 1 tbsp
- Onion(big size) - 1 no
- Ginger - 1 inch
- garlic - 1 1/2 piece
- Oil - 6 tbsp
- Curry leaves(a few) -
- Fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Cut salmon into small pieces and marinate it with turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and keep aside for 1 hour.
- Add chopped garlic, ginger and curry leaves with this.
- Add sliced tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.
- Turn the flame into medium and wait till the fish gets cooked.
- Switch off the flame when the fish is cooked.
- Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds.
- Heat till it smells and add this to the curry.
