Ingredients

Coriander powder

Turmeric powder
1 1/4

Chilli powder
1 1/2
tbsp
Salt

Tomatoes

Tamarind
concentrate
1

Onion
big size

Ginger
1 1/2
piece
Garlic

tbsp
Oil
Curry leaves
a few
1
tbsp
Fenugreek seeds
Instructions
Cut
salmon
into small pieces and marinate it with
turmeric powder
,
chilli powder
,
coriander powder
,
salt
and keep aside for 1 hour.
Heat
oil
in a pan and add sliced
onion
and fry it.
Add chopped
garlic
,
ginger
and
curry leaves
with this.
Add sliced tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.
Add marinated fish and
tamarind
water
with this.
Turn the flame into medium and wait till the fish gets cooked.
Switch off the flame when the fish is cooked.
Heat
oil
in a pan and add
fenugreek seeds
.
Heat till it smells and add this to the curry.
:- Now your delicious curry is ready..enjoy...!
