- red chili powder 1/2 tsp -
- Garam masala : 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Black Pepper : 1/2 Tsp -
- maida 1/2 tsp -
- Corn flour : 1 tsp -
- Rice flour : 1 tsp -
- Soya sauce : 1 tsp -
- Tomato sauce : 2 tsp -
- Lemon juice : 1 tsp -
- Oil to fry -

Instructions
- peel and chop the aloo in finger size
- in a bowl add aloo, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, maida, corn flour, rice flour, pepper,lime juice, soya sauce and tomato sauce
- mix well with out adding water
- Apply oil the non stick pan, heat and fry the aloo
- fry both the side
- Saucy Aloo Tikka is ready
