Ingredients
- Boiled Eggs - 3 nos
- Sausage - 250 gm
- Spring onion(chopped) - ½ cup
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Chat masala - ½ tsp
- Chilli powder - ½ tsp
- Maida - 2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil for deep frying -

Instructions
- Boil the eggs in a pan for 7 minutes.
- Remove the eggs from the pan and put in water.
- Once cool, remove the shell of the eggs.
- Cut the sausage into pieces and mince it in a grinder.
- Add chopped spring onion, pepper powder, salt, chaat masala, ½ tsp chilly powder, 2 tsp of maida to it and mix well.
- Divide the sausage meat into 3 equal portions. Form each portion into a flat cake with a little maida, round enough to fit around the egg.
- Dip theegg balls into the beaten egg and then into the bread crumbs. Press lightly to ensure a good fix.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Cook till the sausage gets cooked well and till it turns in golden colour.
- Remove from the oil and keep it in a bowl.
