Instructions
  1. Boil the eggs in a pan for 7 minutes.

  2. Remove the eggs from the pan and put in water.

  3. Once cool, remove the shell of the eggs.

  4. Cut the sausage into pieces and mince it in a grinder.

  5. Add chopped spring onion, pepper powder, salt, chaat masala, ½ tsp chilly powder, 2 tsp of maida to it and mix well.

  6. Divide the sausage meat into 3 equal portions. Form each portion into a flat cake with a little maida, round enough to fit around the egg.

  7. Work the sausage meat around the egg as evenly whilst working hard to keep the egg's shape intact. Make sure there are no cracks. Keep for 5 minutes.

  8. Dip theegg balls into the beaten egg and then into the bread crumbs. Press lightly to ensure a good fix.

  9. Heat oil in a pan.

  10. Place the egg balls in the hot oil and deep fry in medium heat.

  11. Cook till the sausage gets cooked well and till it turns in golden colour.

  12. Remove from the oil and keep it in a bowl.
