Sour Gobi Fry

Sour Gobi is one of my all time favorite..I make it quite often. It can be had as a starter or as a side dish or as a tea time snack. It is quite popular dish in any Indian.

  • Cauliflower 1 Flower
  • Curd 3 tsp
  • Lime 1no.
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • maida 1/2 tbsp
  • rice flour 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chili powder 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • oil to deep fry


  • In a bowl add medium sized chopped cauliflower, curd, squeeze the lemon, corn flour, maida,rice flour,salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder. garam masala, black pepper and mix it
  • marinate for 5 mins
  • heat the oil in the kadai and deep fry the marinated cauliflower
  • now sour gobi fry is ready
