- In a bowl add medium sized chopped cauliflower, curd, squeeze the lemon, corn flour, maida,rice flour,salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder. garam masala, black pepper and mix it
- marinate for 5 mins
- heat the oil in the kadai and deep fry the marinated cauliflower
- now sour gobi fry is ready
