Ingredients
- Singhara fish(cut into small fillets, boneless) - 750 gm
- Onion(large) - 1 no
- Onion seeds - 1½ tsp
- Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 6 nos
- garlic(finely chopped) - 2 tsp
- Tomato(chopped) - 2 nos
- Coconut(desiccated) - 3 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coriander powder - 1½ tsp
- Cumin powder(Jeerakam) - 1½ tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Water - ½ cup
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 3 tbsp

Instructions
- Wash and pat dry the fish.
- Heat oil in a kadai / frying pan and add onions and fry until soft.
- Add onion seeds, dry red chillies, garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in lemon juice and add coriander leaves for garnishing.
- :-Serve hot, accompanied by Jeera pulao.
