Ingredients
- Squid(cleaned and cut into small pieces) - 1 cup
- Ginger(garlic paste – 1 tsp) -
- Chilli powder(¾ tsp) -
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Garam masala - ¼ tsp
- Onion(chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Marinate the squid with turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp chilli powder and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the onions and cook till they turn soft.
- Add the tomato, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and cook till tomato turn pulpy.
- Add the cooked squid and mix well.
- Saute till the entire curry becomes bit dry.
- :- Serve hot with chappathi or rice.
