Instructions
  1. Marinate the squid with turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp chilli powder and salt.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of water & cook the squid on a simmer fire for about 10 mins.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute till they turn brown.
  5. Add the onions and cook till they turn soft.
  6. Add the tomato, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and cook till tomato turn pulpy.
  7. Add the cooked squid and mix well.
  8. Saute till the entire curry becomes bit dry.
  9. :- Serve hot with chappathi or rice.
