For the roll cover:1 1/2 cup Plain flour (maida)Salt (to taste)3/4 tsp Yeast1 1/2 tsp SugarFilling:1 cup Chicken (cooked and shredded into small pieces)2 nos Onion (big size)1 clove Garlic (cut into small pieces)1/2 tsp Soya sauce1/2 tsp SugarSalt (as reqd)3 tbsp Capsicum (finely chopped) Roll cover: 1)Mix sugar and yeast in a cup of water and leave for 10 minutes.Knead flour with salt in the above and keep aside for 2-3 hours.Filling: 1)Heat oil and saute chopped onion.Add garlic,capsicum and saute well.Add soya sauce, sugar and saute well.Add the shredded chicken and mix well.Preparation: 1)Divide the dough into four portions roll the dough with a chappathi roller.Keep the filling inside and roll it. 3)Put light cuts on top of the roll keep the rolls in the steamer for for 15-20 minutes and keep aside.Heat oil in a fry pan, put the chicken rolls on the pan and fry them till get the brown colour on both the sides. I tried yesterday. This recipe is very good and easy also. I used tomato sauce instead of soya sauce. Ok, thank u once again for the easy recipe.
