Instructions
- remove the steam, clean and wash it and Cut open all the fruits and check for worms and decay.
- put it in mixi and grind it for 1min
- remove the seed from jujube
- take all in one side of the elandha pazham and check any seed is there
- add every thing in a mixi and grind it
- now add seedless jujube and grind it again
- transfer into the plate
- take small and make as round shape, keep it in a plate and allow to dry for 2 days in sunlight
- now sweet and spice jujube bar is ready
