Kofta, a fried veggie ball which is served with gravy for rotis, naan etc. This Tapioca Kofta is slight another version of kofta curries. This crispy outside, soft inside deeply fried kofta balls are also the best option for evening time snack for kids. The mashed tapioca is mixed with onions, green chillies and other masalas and made as small balls which is coated in maida and cornflour, dusted with breadcrumbs and deeply fried in oil.

- Tapioca 1 cup -
- chopped onion 1/2 no. -
- Chopped green chili : 1 no -
- Ginger Garlic paste : 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- cumin seed powder 1/2 tsp -
- Corn flour 4 tsp -
- Maida 4 tsp -
- bread crumbs 1/2 cup -
- Oil to deep fry -

Instructions
- In a bowl mash the boiled tapioca
- add onion, green chili, red chili powder, cumin seed powder, salt, garam masala, corn flour, maida and ginger garlic paste
- mix well
- take a small ball dust with maida and cornflour
- dust with bread crumbs
- heat the oil and deep fry it
- now tapioca kofta is ready serve with tea or sauce
