- Onion(chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(chopped) - 3 nos
- Red dry chillies - 5 nos
- Cloves - 2 nos
- Bay leaves(Karuga ela) - 2 nos
- Cinnamon sticks(Karugapatta) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
- Ginger(grated) - 2 tsp
- garlic(chopped) - 4 cloves
- Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Shallots(Kunjulli) - 6 nos
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup

Instructions
- For preparing tasty mutton sukka, first pressure cook mutton with turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, salt and little curry leaves.
- In a pan, pour little oil. Add shallots, 3 dry chillies and fry it.
- Then add coconut grated and fry till dark brown in color in low flame.
- When cooled, grind it and set aside.
- Add onion and fry well. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add the ground coconut and fry well.
- Add mutton pieces with water and saute well.
- Add coriander powder and chilly powder.
- Evaporate the water and make thick masala.
- When mutton is done, add coriander leaves and serve hot.
