- Chicken(small pieces) - 1 Pound
- Chilly Flakes powder(adjust according to your liking) - 1 or
- Jasmine Rice Cooked(1 cup of raw rice) - 1 bowl
- garlic(small pieces) - 3
- Egg - 2
- Onions white(small pieces) - 1 small
- Fish sauce - 2 tbspn
- Oyster sauce - 1 tbspn
- Soya Sauce - 1 tbspn
- Spring onions - 2 stem
- basil leaves - 3 stem

Instructions
- Marinate chicken with corn starch to tenderize for 15 mts.
- Fry the dry red chillies for few minutes and grind it to small flakes.
- Stir fry the chicken until it is cooked and keep it aside.
- Add 2 eggs and scramble it.
- Add onions and cook for few minutes. No need to be translucent.
- Add stir fried chicken to it.
- Add a bowl of cooked jasmine rice and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add fish sauce, oyster sauce and soya sauce and mix well and cook for 6 minutes.
- Add chilly flakes, spring onions and thai basil leaves and mix well and cook for few minutes.
- Serve the Thai Basil Chicken Fried hot.
