Ingredients
- Chicken(minced) - 100 g
- Chicken stock - 5 cups
- Wonton sheets(As reqd) -
- garlic(chooped) - 3 cloves
- Onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- Onion(chopped) - 1 tsp
- Lemon grass - 1/2 cup
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 2 tsp
- Pepper(As reqd) -
- Spring onion - 1/2 cup
- Carrot(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Ginger(grated) - 1 tsp
- Ajino motto - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Make small balls.
- Place the balls in wonton sheet, seal it with water on sides and cover well.
- Boil chicken broth and water.
- Add ginger, spring onions, lemon grass, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, carrot and boil.
- Add the wonton and cook it well.
- Finally add ajino motto and corn starch.
- Serve hot. Add cooked noodles to it(optional).
- Thai wonton soup is ready.
