  • 6 nos Garlic
  • tbsp Sunflower oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 no Egg white portion
  • 1 tsp Vinegar or lemon


  • 1) Blend in the garlic, egg, salt, oil and vinegar to a smooth mixture at high speed. 2) Add little more sunflower oil and blend again. :- Serve it as an accompaniment with fried chicken.
