Ingredients
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Onion(chopped, big size) - 3 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 5 nos
- Eggs - 4 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves(a few) -
- Coriander leaves(a few) -
- Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
- Boil the eggs and remove their shells.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions and curry leaves.
- Saute until onion turns golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes, salt and cook till the tomatoes are done.
- Add chilly powder and garam masala.
- Saute them for few minutes and check for salt.
- Cut the boiled eggs into small pieces and add to the above curry.
- Mix the eggs well till the masala gets coated to the eggs.
- Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve.
