Tomato Bath is nothing but upma with a lot of tomatoes. Normally a basic upma dish does not have tomatoes in it but as tomatoes are added to this dish hence the name Tomato bhath. It tastes awesome than the normal upma. As tomaotes gives an extra taste to the dish. It taste more good when served with sev. It is an easy & quick recipe.

- Rava 2 cup -
- onion 2 no. -
- Tomato 2 no. -
- Green chili 3 no. -
- curry leaves 1 sprinkle -
- Oil : 4 tbsp -
- ghee 1 tbsp -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- broken urad dal 1/2 tsp -
- bengal gram 1/2 tsp -
- cinnamon small piece -
- clove 2 no. -
- cumin seed 1/4 tsp -

Instructions
- Roast the Rava by adding ghee
- heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, broken urad dal, bengal gram, cinnamon, clove and cumin seed
- add green chili and onion and saute it until it turn into brown
- add tomato, turmeric powder and salt and mix well and fry it
- add 6 cup of water for rava in the ratio of 3:1 and allow to boil
- once the water get boiled add roasted rava and stir continuously
- keep low flame once it get 3/4 cooked
- now Tomato rava bath is ready to serve
