Unakka Chemmeen Fry
Very tasty side dish for boiled rice or kanji
Ingredients
- Ingredients
- 1 cup Dried prawns
- 5 no Shallots
- 2 tsp Chilly flakes
- 1 spring Curry leaves
- Salt
- 3 tsp Oil
Instructions
- When prawns become crispy transfer this to another bowl and keep aside.
- To the same kadai fry crushed shallots and chilly flakes.
- Mix this with fried prawns and add curry leaves.
- Fried prawns is now ready to serve
