  • 200g cut Chicken breast
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 2 tbsp Spring onion
  • Marination
  • 1/4 cup Maida
  • Corn flour half of 1/4 cup
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Chilly paste made from whole dry chilly
  • Salt
  • For sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 3 Dry chilly
  • Cashew nut chopped 2 tbsp
  • 1/2 portion Capsicum
  • 1 medium Savala
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Chilly paste made from whole red dry chilly
  • 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • Salt


  • Cut chicken breast into thin strips.
  • Take items for marination in a bowl
  • Mix well without lumps. Then mix with chicken and keep it for atleast 15 minutes
  • Cut capsicum and savala into thin strips
  • Deep fry chicken until golden brown and keep aside.
  • Then heat another pan add 1 tbsp oil then add dry chilly cut into 2 pieces and add cashew nuts. Fry till golden brown .
  • Then add capsicum and add savala then Ginger garlic paste and sauté well then add chilly paste sauté for 2 minutes then add soy sauce and ketchup then sugar and salt.
  • Then mix with chicken sauté well till it completely drain the water. Then mix with spring onion.
  • Now dragon chicken is ready to serve.
