- For dough -
- Maida : 1 cup -
- Salt to taste -
- Water as required -
- For Masala: -
- Carrot : 1 no -
- Potato : 1 no -
- beans 5 no. -
- capsicum 1/2 no. -
- Onion : 1/2 no -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Garam masala : 1/2 tsp -
- Cumin powder : 1/4 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil to deep fry -

Instructions
- add chopped vegetables and mix it
- add red chilli powder, salt, garam masala and cumin seed powder and mix it
- cook until the vegetables get cooked dont add water
- take a small ball from dough and roll it
- stuff the veg masala
- fold as samosa shape
- heat the oil and deep fry it
- now veg samosa is ready to serve
