  • Heat ghee or oil in the cooker fry chopped garlic and green chillies.
  • Add chopped onion and fry.
  • Then add carrot and fry for ten minutes in high flame.
  • Add beans and fry for five minutes.
  • Add Corainder powder and garam masala powder and fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Add rice to it, 4 cups of water and cook.
  • Add dry fruits fried in ghee and serve.
