    I learnt Broken Wheat Dosa from my mom and yes it tastes great, looks good and is completely different from the dosa we make using plain wheat flour. This is an instant dosa variety prepared from healthy broken wheat. Broken wheat is prepared by grinding raw wheat coarsely. There is no refining of wheat involved. Because of its rich fiber content, broken wheat is substituted for rice especially for diabetic people.
