MEDICINAL VALUE :
Hyssop is considered a stimulant, carminative and expectorant and is used in lung complaints. Effective in pulmonary, digestive, uterine and urinary complications. The oil of hyssop has antimicrobial properties.

CULINERY AND OTHER VALUES :
Hyssop leaves and flowering tops used in salads and soups.Also used in preparation of liquors and perfumes.
