Ingredients
- King prawns - ½ kg
- garlic(chopped) - 5 cloves
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 piece
- Green chillies(chopped) - 4 nos
- Red dry chillies - 4 nos
- Bay leaves(Karuga ela) - ½ of
- Cloves(Grambu) - 3 nos
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - ½ tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
For marination:
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Pepper - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Mix together grated coconut, coriander, turmeric, chilly powder with a pinch of salt and chopped curry leaves. Mix well and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic, ginger, green chillies, dry chillies, bay leaves, cumin, cloves and curry leaves.
- Add the marinated prawns and fry till done.
- When done, drain and keep in tissue.
