- onion 2 sliced -

- fenu greek 1 /4 sp -
- mustard 1/2 sp -
- cumin seed 1/2 sp -
- fennel seed 1/2sp -
- ginger garlic paste 1 sp -
- red chilli powder 1 sp -
- coriander powderr 1 sp -

- slit both brinjal and potatoes to long pieces
- in a pan add fenu greek, mustard ,cumin seeds and fennel seeds
- add tomato
- add red chilli powder ,coriander powder , salt and cover and cook in a low flame
- now add gram masala stir once and serve
