Instructions
- cut the cauliflower in the medium size
- heat the oil in the pan and temper the cumin seed
- saute the garlic and green chili
- add onion and saute it for 3 mins
- add aloo and mix it
- add cauliflower and mix it
- allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
- add red chili powder, salt and turmeric powder and mix it
- allow to cook until the aloo and gobi get cooked
- now aloo gobi sabzi is ready, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapati
