  1. dry roast sesame seeds, peanuts,

  2. fry coconuts along with it and grind to a paste

  3. in oil saute fenu greek, red chilli,

  4. add slit shallots, cut potatoes and tomato

  5. add the ground to it and add red chilli powder and coriander powder, and turmeric and salt

  6. when gravy thickens and boils add paneer cubes to it and simmer for few mins and serve.
