  • Coriander leaves - 2 TBSP
  • Chaat masala - 1/2 TSP
  • Jeera Powcer 1/2 TSP -
  • Hing - 1/4 TSP
  • Salt to tast -
  • Potato - 1 Boiled

Instructions
  1. Saute onion in little oil,add green chilly,all masala and saute for a minute too add crushed potato and mix well.Adjust salt and remove from fire.

  2. Put tbsp of potato mix into the batter for chapati/roti batter and roll out

  3. Cook both side and add ghee before you remove from fire.
