American Style Mango Pie

  • 3 nos Graham Cracker pie crusts easily available in all stores
  • 1 container Mango pulp
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 16 oz Sour cream
  • 3 small Getatine unflavoured
  • Sugar if extra sugar needs to be added and/or if the mango pulp is unsweetened


  • In 3 cups of boiling water, add 3 packets of gelatine and stir in, until disolved.
  • In a large vessel, pour an entire can of mango pulp, sour cream, cream cheese and fold it into the pulp.
  • Once it is well blended, add getatine mixture.
  • Add sugar, if necessary.
  • Pour this mixture into the pie crusts and refrigerate (do not freeze) for 3 - 4 hours or until firm.
  • Slice and serve.
  • :- This recipe is for 3 pies. So if you intend on making just one pie, divide the recipe ingredients by 3.
