Ingredients
SPICES(freshly ground):
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 5 nos
- Cloves(Grambu) - 8 nos
- Pepper corns(Kurumulaku) - 8 nos
- Cinnamon(of 2 inches, Karugapatta) - 4 nos
- Fennel seeds(Perinjeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Cayenne powder(depending on ur choice of heat!!, Red chilly powder) - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds or coriander powder(If using seeds, roasted n freshly grounded) - 3 to
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 3 tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
- Bellpepper/Capsicum(diced, big) - 1 nos
- Olive/canola/vegetable oil - 4 to
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add the marinated chicken.
- :- This would take about 10 - 15 mins.
- Add 2 tbsp of butter.
- Add the sauteed onions and stir for 5 mins.
- Add tomatoes and capsicum.
- :- Add these ingredients only after all the water has been evaporated.
- Add salt if needed more(Be aware of the saltiness of the soya sauce added later).
- Once the tomatoes blend well, add the ketchup and soya sauce.
- Stir fry, till you see the oil separating from the sides of the pan.
- Simmer for 10 mins i.e till the chicken is fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
